Check-in time, door code, and getting in

Arrival

Express Check-in: If you have pre-registered your vehicles with Ocean Lakes and received car passes in the mail you can hang the pass on your rear-view mirror and proceed through the gate without checking in. If you need additional information about Ocean Lakes, need a map, or have questions, you can stop at the Main Office at the main gate.

Regular Check-in: If you have not pre-registered and received passes, you must stop at the Main Office to register your vehicle(s) and receive parking passes.

Directions from the Main Gate: Take the first right after the main gate onto Springs Lane. Past the South Gate and overflow parking, you’ll then take a left on Starfish Rd. You’ll pass Sand Dollar Lake on your left and continue straight. Our house, 1081 is 4 houses back from the ocean.

Parking: There is parking for 3 cars under the house. One side of the area under the house has enough room to pull 2 cars through. The other side has room to back one car in from the front of the house. If you have a 4th car, Ocean Lakes has overflow parking near the front gate. If you have more than 4 vehicles, Ocean Lakes has off premise parking. Ocean Lakes charges $15/vehicle. If you register vehicles with Ocean Lakes 14 days prior to your arrival, the cost is discounted to $12/vehicle.

House Rules

Quick read. Please follow these for everyone's comfort

House Rules

Noise complaints: If you haven’t noticed, everyone is VERY close. Some neighbors are forgiving when it comes to noise, others immediately call security. If security shows up, it’s usually a $100 fine. I’ve realized these rules are in place to ensure everyone can enjoy their vacation; they are not designed to pick on anyone.

Quiet hours start at 11 PM, and Ocean Lakes doesn’t joke about “quiet” at 11 PM. They allow no outside activities, even if you are quiet. Quiet hours are not designed to ruin your vacation, they are in place to ensure everyone enjoys their vacation.

Trash - Pick up is Monday and Thursday. Trash cans are next to the garage. Just move the cans close to the street. the night before. They are picked up early in the morning. Please move the cans out no matter how little trash is in them. It keeps them clean all season.
